PRRH Lehigh Valley 22 Photo #22: This engine started out as PRR 8648, it then was leased to the Lehigh Valley using the PRR number. With the coming of Penn Central it was given the Penn Central number of 7648, but was still leased to the Lehigh Valley. Conrail used the same number. This locomotive is an ALCO RS-11 and it is here in Phillipsburg on the DL&W engine house track on March 18, 1978.
