PRRH Lehigh Valley 38 Photo #38: The Lehigh Valley 532 is a 2-8-0 made by Grant with a new boiler and made into a Camel Back at the Lehigh Valley’s Wilkes-Barre Shop. One report has that the Grant 2-8-0 had been made for the Russian Government and the Lehigh Valley picked them up cheep.
