PRRH Lehigh Valley 49 Photo #49: This photo shows LVRR 49 named “Centralia”. It was built in 1881 of the same class as LVRR 14 and my notes show it working the Clinton, Pittstown and Flemington Branches in the 1880s and early 1890s. A note about Centralia is that it's a town in Pennsylvania that had the mine fire and they moved people out of the town. The fire is still burning today.
