PRRH Lehigh Valley 91

Photo #91: The late John Brill, fireman and engineer on the Lehigh Valley for 50 years, told me the story of him being the fireman on the train “The Big Milk” with a T-3 class steam locomotive. “The Big Milk” made the fastest time, Sayre to NK, of any Lehigh Valley train. It did this by running at passenger train speed, bypassed Wilkes-Barre and did not make station stops. Here is a photo of T-3 class 5128.
