NS Lehigh Line Tie Replacement

On March 29, 2013 NS replaced old ties along the Lehigh Line in front of the Phillipsburg Railroad Historians museum. New ties had been laid along side the Lehigh Line for a couple of months as we awaited the day they would be installed.
