This week's "Conrail's Memories" Photo is from April 27, 1998 in Phillipsburg, NJ of PIOI-07 throttling up its power after getting a form D for 10 MPH speed restriction from MP 76.3 (CP PHILLIPS) to MP 73 (Alpha) due to track maintenance around the Green's Bridge area.
