GP40-2 3390

CR/NS train RoadRailer 262 is exiting the Pattenburg Tunnel and splitting the former Lehigh Valley signal bridge in this September 15, 1996 slide. The bi-model train is lead by CR GP40-2 3390. Today, things are much different at this site as the LV signal bridge is forever gone. Also the control siding on the right has been removed through the tunnel, leaving the tunnel with a single track in the middle. A switch has been put into place just east of where this photo was taken to operate the control siding again.
