Last month Norfolk Southern had announced it would begin leasing locomotives from various companies including HELM [ HLCX, etc ]. This afternoon @ 1301 hours, WB mt autorack train 11J-17 came through Phillipsburg, NJ with HLCX SD40M-2 #9047 in former Morrison - Knudson paint scheme.
