Norfolk Southern D9 #9154 and Union Pacific SD40-2 #2778 bring westbound 43A-23 into Phillipsburg, NJ this afternoon @ 1416 hrs. under blues skies and below freezing temperatures.
UPDATE: Thanks to Paul Carpenito's memory, Union Pacific SD40-2 #2778 was a former SD45. After doing a cross-reference on the locomotive, I found that the #2778 was indeed ex-Southern Pacific SD45 #8702 with a rebuilt date as 22 October 1994.
